Any time we approach a brand new year, there’s the expectation that we need a fresh, new list of goals. Recently I’ve seen tons of people posting a word, or three, that they hope will define their year. A theme, I guess. Words and goals are nice. There’s not a thing wrong with goals, so long as those we set are realistic. There’s something incredibly discouraging about setting goals so far-fetched the chance of meeting them is slim to zilch.
A gratitude journal was my goal last year. It continues to be my goal this year. I am determined to be more Fully Alive in the upcoming year and therefore, YOUNGER NEXT YEAR than this year :)
This involves three things for me- moving significantly more, finding my people and engaging with them more and more, lightening up and laughing more every day.
Good morning Tami. Thank you once again for something to think about. I’m really not want to write down my thoughts, but I’m thinking about doing it. I treat your readings like the newspaper only they’re much more positive! Praying Aspen is doing better. Love you guys.
